to present a great evening of sound. Come join us and enjoy the
music of Karyn Ellis supported by newcomers JONaH and Banned Matter.
Matte Black and Brendan Bane of the Toronto based Goth rock band
Sex Without Souls come together for the first time to form
an acoustic duo Banned Matter - Spooky dark folk for all!
-
Newcomer JONaH, (vocalist/guitarist) Jenn Larry and (lead
guitarist) David Kirton, offers a combination of sultry vocals backed
by a bluesy roots-rock guitar. Fresh out of the gate JONaH
is delighted to make thier debut in support of the soulful and charming
Karyn Ellis.
Karyn Ellis embraces a folk-pop sound accompanied by her
electric guitar. She first stepped out into the music scene as lead
vocalist for rock group The Loud Sisters. Over the
last few years Karyn has honoured her itch to expose her own songwriting
strengths and after a small music hiatus she has began a solo career.
Her distinct vocals, quirky personality and poignant ballads continue
to charm audiences where ever she goes.
